Delete your data
You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you, at any time, without giving a reason.
How to ask
Email delete@ouqm.com from any address, or use Settings inside the app. Include your sticker code if you have one. We act within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
What is deleted
The sticker and its link to your vehicle, the vehicle name and the three plate characters, the device code that receives alerts, and your past alerts. The sticker stops working permanently afterwards.
What may remain
Delivery details for an order that has not arrived yet, until it does. And limited records we keep to prevent misuse or to meet a legal obligation, which are deleted on their own schedule.
