Before you order
What if someone sends me alert after alert?
There is a ceiling on how many one person can send in an hour. Emergencies get a higher one, because refusing a real emergency costs more than allowing a false one.
Can they see my number?
No, and you cannot see theirs. No number is ever attached to your sticker. If you order one we hold a number to deliver it, and for nothing else.
What if it arrives damaged?
We replace it free. That is your right under Omani consumer protection law and it is written into our terms.
What if I sell the car?
Peel it off and retire it in the app. Nobody receives anything from it after that.
What if nobody ever scans it?
You will not get an alert unless someone sends a message. No alerts does not necessarily mean everything is fine; the sticker is a way to contact you, not a vehicle monitoring system.
